If Your Credit Card Payment Fails

If you are using the Stripe payment method, your credit card information will be kept on file, and it will automatically be charged when an invoice is generated by the billing system. If the charge is declined by your bank, then you will be sent an email asking you to manually login to our website and change the credit card on file / pay the invoice. Otherwise our billing system will continue to try to charge the credit card every day until the invoice is paid, even if your bank continues to decline it every day.

If you have an automatic payment subscription set up through the PayPal payment method, then PayPal will try to charge the credit card again in 5 days time. If the second attempt fails, it stops trying.

If you are receiving invoice payment reminder emails from our billing system then that is a sign that one or more invoice have not been paid, and action is requested.
