What a business will get is the 'residential' type plans, but under a business name. There are a few catches, not of our making. The first is that the Rogers cable (not FTTP or fibre) line must already be existing, as Rogers will not permit us to have any new cabling installed for business customers.
The second catch is that the Business placing such an order must clearly state in one of the comment blocks while placing the order that it is for a business not a residence, as we must arrange a different installer than we would normally send for a residential order, and if the wiring is not existing we cannot refund the cost of that service visit, as we must pay for it ourselves.
The third catch is that the quality of the connection will be 'residential quality' not 'business quality.'
If any of this is unclear to you please raise a Help Desk ticket to ask your questions, before ordering the service!
