Do you make house calls? No normally we do not make house calls, except for Installations, which we contract out to a third party. If a service all is necessary (extremely rare), we can book those. We can arrange a third party technician to come out, but we would normally pass along the cost they charge us. Often that is $75 or more plus tax. Before booking a service call we would prefer to explore other no cost options.
