What are your Help Desk Hours?

Our Help Desk is e-mail/server based, or as some would say ‘in the cloud’. We access it from our Office, and remotely from anywhere there is access to the Internet. This arrangement gives us a great deal of flexibility. Staff do not even have to be in the Office to be able to work the Help Desk, they can work from anywhere in the world, though in our case they are right here in Ontario. They can work 24 hours a day seven days a week, but in practice they do not work quite those many hours, but it might seem like it at times!
We aim to reply to all Help Desk tickets and e-mails, within 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With an aim like that, and the flexibility we have in staff and the hours they work, it might seem like our Help Desk is open 24/7! Hope that answers your question. :)
