In accordance with the 10 Feb 2022 CRTC decision mandating paper billing for some Canadian consumers who self-identify as persons with disabilities, or as customers without home Internet access or mobile data services, and seniors aged 65 or older.
These Canadians will be able to obtain paper bills from their communications service provider, upon request. Please open a ticket on our website to make such a request.
