Cancellation – By Customer - 'On Request'

A customer may cancel their high speed internet services with WRS Web Solutions Inc, at any time 'on request'. Cancellations must me made through the Help Desk (on this website) by e-mail or the opening of a Help Desk ticket. (We will not accept phone calls, voice mails, or text messages, for service cancellations, or any other purposes.) The cancellation request must be made by the account holder.


There are no refunds associated with 'on request' cancellations, we simply cease to bill you for future months for the monthly plan you had signed up for. If you have purchased a modem it is yours to keep. (You must physically disconnect the modem from the internet cable, and remain liable for any usage after the date you requested cancellation.)


You remain responsible for any usage overage charges (unless it was an ‘unlimited’ bandwidth usage plan), as well as for paying any outstanding Invoices.
If the modem is rented from us, it must be mailed back to us at your expense. Mail it to:
